The Litigation Family Law Attorney will manage family law cases from inception to resolution, ensure superior customer service to clients, and provide regular updates on case progress. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong litigation skills and have experience in first-chairing family law cases.

Duties:

  • Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end
  • Provide superior customer service to all clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews
  • Make improvement recommendations to practice managers
  • Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice-quality software

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
  • Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
  • 3-5 years of litigation experience
  • Experience as first chair in family law cases
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois

Education & Certifications:
