Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate for its Irvine, California office. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and revising leases and purchase agreements.

Duties

• Draft and revise commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements.
• Conduct title and survey reviews and manage closing transactions.
• Engage in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and finance.
• Perform general transactional due diligence.
• Collaborate with a team while managing individual responsibilities.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience with data center leasing is advantageous.
• Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Major law firm experience preferred.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
