Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Corporate Associate to join its team in Atlanta, Georgia. The successful candidate will engage with emerging growth companies, venture capital financings, and private equity, handling a variety of M&A transactions. This role involves significant client interaction, requiring comfort in dealing with CEOs, Boards of Directors, and general partners.

Duties

• Represent companies and venture funds in venture financing rounds.
• Handle M&A transactions on both buy and sell sides.
• Engage in investor-side financing in growth equity rounds.
• Maintain daily client contact and manage relationships.

Requirements

• Eagerness to work with emerging growth companies and funds.
• Demonstrated experience in venture capital financings, growth, and/or private equity, and M&A transactions.
• Previous large law firm experience required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree, class of 2020 - 2021.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Georgia.
