Job Overview

Duties

• Represent financial institutions in various asset-backed securitization transactions.

• Participate in structured private credit facilities.

Requirements

• 2-7+ years of relevant experience in finance and restructuring.
• Experience with financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, or purchasers.
• Interest in esoteric securitization and innovative financial transactions.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Previous large law firm experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York.
