Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks health care transactional attorney with 6+ years of strong health care transactional experience to join the nationally recognized health care practice. The candidate should have a strong interest in and enthusiasm for health care issues and trends. Must have experience in health care transactional matters, including provider and health plan mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, and joint venture transactions, and private equity deals. Experience with health industry contracting, state licensure and corporate governance is preferred. Must have regulatory experience in the areas of fraud and abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine/fee splitting rules, and health care antitrust. Should have 6+ years of strong health care transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and joint ventures for health care stakeholders. Strong interest in and enthusiasm for health care issues and trends essential. Must have Bar membership in good standing.

The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail; excellent legal research and analytical skills essential. Should have effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively, and to develop creative solutions to meet client and team needs.
