Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney

Northfield office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate finance associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate law. The candidate will represent various public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional and financial investors in connection with a broad array of transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, complex financings, and the development of the commercial real estate. Must have strong experience with commercial real estate law, focusing primarily on real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. Must be admitted to New Jersey Bar.

The candidate should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently. Must have a JD degree.
