Duties

  • Negotiate with opposing counsel and advocate for client interests

  • Collaborate with a legal team to support case strategy and outcomes

  • Maintain consistent client communication and manage expectations

  • Focus exclusively on billable legal work without administrative responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, preferably in family law

  • Prior courtroom and trial experience is required

  • Background in criminal defense is a strong plus

  • Proven track record of managing family law cases from start to finish

  • Must be a collaborative team player who communicates clearly and professionally

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex caseloads

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
