Duties:

  • Engage in settlement negotiations, using persuasive advocacy and creative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to seek reciprocal admission to the Maine Bar if relocating.

  • Excellent research, writing, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership with the Maine State Bar (Federal Bar certification is a plus).
