Duties

  • Conduct depositions and participate in trials.
  • Collaborate with partners on various litigation projects.

Requirements

  • Four or more years of litigation experience.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Motivation to succeed in a dynamic environment.
  • Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Florida Bar membership.

Skills

  • Experience in construction-related claims, real estate-related claims, accidents, bankruptcies, employment law, or contract disputes preferred.
