Construction Litigation Associate Attorney

Fort Myers office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a construction litigation associate attorney preferably with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate will have an extensive document review. Will assist in case Law Research. Preparation and drafting of pleadings, discovery, motions, and memoranda of law. Client relations and communications. Deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial preparation and attendance. Reviewing legal issues and preparing memoranda analyzing legal and factual issues. Construction litigation experience is highly preferred. Member of the Florida Bar required. Must have experience in Business Litigation/Construction Litigation. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Summation, document management system- File Site preferred.

The candidate should have excellent attention to detail, the ability to review voluminous documents and share the firms commitment to its clients by being prompt, responsive, and knowledgeable. Excellent academic credentials with superior research and writing skills are required.
