Duties

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and correspondence

• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

• Conduct legal research and assist in litigation preparation

• Advise clients on legal matters and case strategy

• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively

• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients on case management

• Maintain accurate and organized client files and case records

Requirements

• Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar

• Demonstrated ability to meet billing expectations

• Strong commitment to high-quality legal work and client service

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
