Duties

• Handle trademark prosecution matters

• Manage international trademark portfolios

• Execute soft enforcement of trademark and other IP rights

• Address domain name enforcement and disputes

• Provide trademark clearance and brand availability counseling

• Prepare and file UDRP complaints

• Draft and negotiate IP licensing agreements and related transactions

• Represent domestic and international clients in IP matters with global reach

Requirements

• 2–4 years of legal experience

• Strong communication and analytical abilities

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

• Substantive intellectual property experience preferred

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Tennessee Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver
