A law firm in Thousand Oaks, CA, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The successful candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, draft legal documents, advise clients on legal transactions, and negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Strong analytical, communication, and client relationship-building skills are essential for this role.

Duties:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations/arbitrations.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts on behalf of clients.
• Advise clients on legal matters, including business transactions, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations in the practice of law.
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law, including case management and client communications.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases and transactions.
• Maintain familiarity with various legal documents and procedures.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy and development.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience practicing law.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Certifications:
