The successful candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, draft legal documents, advise clients on legal transactions, and negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Duties:

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations/arbitrations.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts on behalf of clients.
  • Advise clients on legal matters, including business transactions, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations in the practice of law.
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law, including case management and client communications.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases and transactions.
  • Maintain familiarity with various legal documents and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy and development.

 

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience practicing law.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with various legal documents and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Education and Certifications:
