Job Overview:

The Attorney will primarily focus on defending professionals in liability claims, handling employment claims, and managing commercial litigation cases. They must possess strong litigation experience and demonstrate exceptional legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Duties:

• Defend professionals in liability claims.
• Handle employment claims and commercial litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of litigation experience.
• Interest in defending professionals in liability claims, as well as handling employment claims and commercial litigation cases.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Admitted to the CA Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar.
