St. Louis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a products liability attorney with 3+ years of experience in handling toxic tort litigation to join the team of specialists defending asbestos and toxic-tort litigation. The candidate will handle all aspects of the case from responsive pleadings, discovery, and taking and defending depositions. Will strategize and evaluate cases under the supervision of the shareholder. Collaborate with expert witness. Case negotiation, trial preparation. Communications with clients. Should have a passion for product liability litigation.

The candidate must have excellent communication and reporting skills.
