Litigation Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney with 1-4 years of experience. The candidate will have a primary focus on litigation in state and federal court, False Claims Act litigation, and healthcare fraud and abuse enforcement actions and investigations.

The candidate should preferably have outstanding academic credentials and superior writing, advocacy, and communication skills, a strong interest in health law and policy, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively with attorneys across different offices. Former clerkships will be viewed favorably.
