Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Associate for its Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice in Los Angeles, CA. Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in M&A and/or private equity.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
