Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas and in good standing.
  • Prior experience in collections and foreclosures, residential real estate, and corporate law preferred.
  • Experience working with community associations is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Certifications:
