Duties

• Advise clients on complex regulatory, commercial, and technology issues in the telecommunications industry.
• Represent clients in FCC proceedings, including licensing, rulemaking, and enforcement matters.
• Work on transactions requiring regulatory approval.
• Address legal questions related to satellite regulation, spectrum policy, and internet governance.
• Conduct research and draft legal arguments for court and regulatory filings.

Education
