Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks life sciences patent associate attorney with 1-4 years of patent prosecution law firm experience, Patent Bar membership, and a background in one of the following fields: cell or molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, cancer biology, pharmacology, biophysics, or digital health-focused disciplines. The candidate will draft and prosecute patent applications, prepare patent opinion letters, provide IP counseling to clients, and conduct patent due diligence studies in connection with business transactions as well as supervise junior attorneys and patent agents as part of global client service teams. Should preferably have advanced degrees; prior patent agent experience is preferred.

The candidate should have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills as well as superior academic credentials.
