Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney in Charlotte, NC, to manage client files from assignment through treatment and disbursement. The role involves overseeing client service, medical records, and settlements, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.

Duties

  • Assign cases to Case Managers and conduct attorney reviews.
  • Monitor client contact and checklist compliance.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure excellent service and medical management.
  • Supervise Case Management Supervisor and conduct annual reviews.
  • Participate in pre-litigation conferences and settlement appointments.
  • Oversee medical records department and ensure timely case flow.
  • Strategize to improve case value and manage settlements.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission in good standing to NC State Bar; SC State Bar admission a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of personal injury practice experience.
  • Passion for client service and operational excellence.
  • Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office and CRM software.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to NC State Bar; SC State Bar admission a plus.
