A law firm seeks a Cyber, Privacy, And Data Innovation Litigation Associate Attorney for their Seattle, WA office.

Job Overview:

  • Work on a robust pipeline of sophisticated, innovative, and industry-leading litigation across various technology, finance, life sciences, and energy clients, including class actions.
  • This is an opportunity to assume early and significant responsibility in managing all aspects of complex disputes and litigation, including client interaction, discovery management, deposition handling, court appearances, oral arguments, and mediation.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, court appearances, oral arguments, and mediations.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of discovery with support from the firm's industry-leading eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support team.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience.
  • Membership to WA State Bar.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent legal research abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and critical thinker with noteworthy writing skills.
  • Ability to balance working independently with being a strong team member.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Skills:

  • Superb writing and oral communication skills.
