Job Overview

A law firm seeks a transactional real estate associate attorney for its Portland office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing. Duties

  • Manage commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales.
  • Handle commercial leasing and real property secured financing.
  • Participate in real estate joint ventures and land development projects.
  • Conduct title, survey, and related real estate due diligence.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and team members in other offices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Experience or strong interest in lender-side real estate financing preferred.
  • Prior law firm experience required.
  • Ability to handle matters independently and work in a team environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Oregon.
