Job Overview

A law firm seeks a full-time Real Estate Attorney with over seven years of experience to join its thriving practice in Portland, OR. The successful candidate will engage in diverse real estate transactions and contribute to industry groups.

Duties

  • Handle commercial real estate transactions, including leasing and purchase & sale agreements.
  • Conduct real estate due diligence, including title review.
  • Manage real estate finance transactions and development-related contracts.
  • Engage in business development within real estate and construction sectors.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Oregon State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
