Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney

Overland Park office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior commercial litigation attorney with 6-10 years of experience. The candidate will have an immediate opportunity to offer quality services to existing clients. Should preferably have demonstrated experience in successfully executing legal strategy, taking depositions, motion practice, trial, arbitration, hearings, producing witnesses for depositions, and other key litigation events. Must have law firm experience and previous experience advocating for clients. Must have Admission to the Kansas Bar (Missouri Bar also preferred).

The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record. The ability to interface directly with attorneys and clients is required. Demonstrate an ability to work independently and productively needed. Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills. Should have strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organization skills. Outstanding judgment is required. The ability to effectively manage internal and external deadlines is needed. The ability to develop and implement legal strategies is essential.
