Real Estate and Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a Real Estate and Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with at least two years of experience in real estate or commercial litigation. Job Overview:

Duties:

• Managing a caseload of real estate and commercial litigation matters
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Providing legal advice and strategic guidance to clients
• Collaborating with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy and client matters
• Assisting with case management, including document review and organization
• Maintaining communication with clients and providing regular updates on case progress

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida State Bar in good standing
• Minimum of two years of experience in real estate or commercial litigation
• Strong writing skills with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality legal documents
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Certifications:
