Job Overview

A prestigious international law firm is seeking a talented Antitrust Associate with experience in litigation and/or merger control to join its dynamic and growing antitrust practice. This opportunity is ideal for a mid-level associate (3rd to 5th year) with a strong foundation in antitrust law and a demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters. Duties

• Handle antitrust litigation matters including investigations and enforcement actions.

• Advise clients on merger control filings, reviews, and regulatory compliance.

• Draft and review legal memoranda, motions, briefs, and client communications.

• Collaborate with partners and team members on complex legal strategies and case management.

• Participate in cross-border antitrust matters and global regulatory reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. antitrust laws and regulatory landscape.

• Experience working within a large law firm or equivalent government/legal agency.

• Ability to manage deadlines, multitask effectively, and handle sophisticated client needs.

• Must be eligible to work and practice law in the United States.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Active and good standing membership in the Bar of the jurisdiction in which the applicant will reside.
