Litigation Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team in Denver, CO. The Attorney will manage all aspects of a case load, leveraging their expertise in evaluating claims and utilizing superb negotiation skills. They must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively represent clients.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of a case load, from initial client consultation to resolution.
• Evaluate claims and develop effective strategies for litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements:

• Member of the Colorado Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably with First Party Property Damage experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in evaluating claims and developing litigation strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Colorado Bar.
