A law firm seeks a dedicated Nursing Home and Medical Malpractice Attorney to join their team remotely in South Carolina. Requirements

  • Active membership in the South Carolina Bar, in good standing.
  • Minimum 3 years of personal injury trial experience, specifically in nursing home neglect and medical malpractice cases.
  • Strong negotiation, oral advocacy, and courtroom presence.
  • Commitment to client service and teamwork.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active South Carolina Bar license.
