The Community Association Attorney will advise on and handle legal matters pertaining to community associations, ensuring compliance with Florida's Chapters 718 and 720. They will work closely with the firm's principal to enhance client relationships, manage caseload efficiently, and uphold its reputation for excellence and innovative problem-solving.

Duties:

  • Advise on legal matters concerning community associations, including governance, meeting attendance, and compliance with Florida's Chapters 718 and 720.
  • Work closely with the firm's principal to enhance and expand client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Active membership in the Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in community association law or a related field.

  • Ability to independently manage cases, demonstrating reliability and leadership.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
