Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Associate with 4-6 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits to join their practice in Palo Alto, CA. Duties

• Conduct diligence reviews and negotiate transaction agreements.
• Advise on IRC 280G and executive compensation/equity plans.
• Work with SEC's compensation disclosure rules for U.S. publicly listed companies.
• Provide transactional support for tax-qualified retirement and welfare plans.
• Address general employment matters as needed.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in a law firm setting.
• Admitted to practice and in good standing in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Outstanding academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
