Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Discovery Attorney to join its warranty defense team in Los Angeles, CA. This remote position requires a licensed attorney with a minimum of three years of experience. Duties

  • Handle discovery response sets on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality work.
  • Engage in document productions and respond to motions to compel.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant legal experience.
  • Familiarity with litigation defense work.
  • Knowledge of California Rules of Civil Procedure and Federal Rules.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • California Bar License.
