Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level Regulatory Investigations, Strategy & Enforcement Associate in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have experience with State Attorneys General, civil investigative demands, and multistate investigations, and will advise clients on regulatory enforcement matters.

Duties

• Respond to civil investigative demands and coordinate multistate investigations.
• Negotiate resolutions and advise on regulatory enforcement matters.
• Engage in internal investigations and related litigation.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with State AG offices.
• Support strategic business development initiatives.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with State Attorneys General preferred.
• Strong writing skills and publication record.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence and work.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant state.
