Job Overview

Duties

  • Work on public and private debt and equity offerings.
  • Advise clients on Securities Exchange Act of 1934 reporting.
  • Provide guidance on SEC and stock exchange compliance.

  • Engage in business and transactional matters.

Requirements

  • Three to six years of experience at a large law firm.
  • Admitted to the Texas State Bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.

  • Strong understanding of capital markets and securities law.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
