This position plays a key role in supporting visa petition strategy and execution, working collaboratively with legal and administrative professionals. The role includes oversight, review, and strategic planning related to H-2B cases, while also providing client-facing support and team training. Duties:

  • Assist in overseeing the end-to-end H-2B visa petition process

  • Collaborate with legal assistants, case managers, and operations staff on filings and workflows

  • Communicate directly with clients on case strategy, document needs, and process updates

  • Review legal forms, emails, supporting evidence, and prevailing wage documentation

  • Draft case-related legal documents and contribute to strategy development

  • Evaluate supporting materials submitted by clients and propose necessary revisions

  • Provide internal feedback on legal work prepared by paralegals and case managers

  • Monitor internal and regulatory deadlines to ensure timely filings

  • Support onboarding and continuing education efforts within the H-2B team

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in H-2B visa or PERM-related legal work

  • Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume legal environment

  • Comfort with balancing independent work and team collaboration

  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Capacity to work with clients across varied industries and cultural backgrounds

  • Experience providing feedback and mentoring junior team members

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
