Additionally, the role involves corresponding with clients to collect essential documents and guiding them through various visa processes. The attorney will also utilize a case management system, various firm tools, and project management skills to monitor case milestones, ensuring that both legal and client-related deadlines are met. A keen eye for detail is essential to produce error-free forms, correspondence, and related legal work. The role further includes preparing and representing clients during government interviews, collaborating with the Immigration Team of Attorneys and case managers, and fulfilling any other tasks necessary to meet client and firm needs.

In addition to a Juris Doctorate degree and U.S. State Bar admission, the ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and analytical skills, along with excellent writing skills. Fluency in Spanish is a requirement for effective communication with clients.
