If you possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. Law School, admission to a U.S. State Bar, and have one year of Immigration Law Experience (with a preference for Family or EOIR).

The selected candidate will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including reviewing immigration applications and making necessary adjustments, explaining complex immigration concepts to clients while offering strategic solutions, and preparing and submitting legal briefs for various immigration cases. Additionally, the role involves corresponding with clients to collect essential documents and guiding them through various visa processes. The attorney will also utilize a case management system, various firm tools, and project management skills to monitor case milestones, ensuring that both legal and client-related deadlines are met. A keen eye for detail is essential to produce error-free forms, correspondence, and related legal work. The role further includes preparing and representing clients during government interviews, collaborating with the Immigration Team of Attorneys and case managers, and fulfilling any other tasks necessary to meet client and firm needs.

In addition to a Juris Doctorate degree and U.S. State Bar admission, the ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and analytical skills, along with excellent writing skills. Fluency in Spanish is a requirement for effective communication with clients.
