Duties

Requirements

  • Active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
  • Knowledge of real estate-related topics and litigation.
  • Excellent communication skills in stressful situations.
  • 1-2 years of experience in estate planning and probate law.

Education

  • Undergraduate degree with a legal background.
  • Juris Doctor degree required.
