Mid-Level Government Contracts Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Government Contracts Associate Attorney for its Denver, CO location. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of government contracts experience, including:

Duties:

• Counsel clients on government contracts, laws, and regulations.
• Review and negotiate subcontracts and teaming agreements.
• Litigate bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and/or Court of Federal Claims.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of government contracts experience.
• High level of academic achievement.
• JD required.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Skills:

• Superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.
