Duties

• Conduct discovery and draft motions and briefs.
• Take depositions of fact and examine witnesses at trial.

Requirements

• Admitted to the Bar in a state where the firm practices law.
• One year of civil litigation or jury trial experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience in a paperless environment.

Education

• Law degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Washington or other relevant State Bar.
