Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Trust and Estate Planning Associate for its Philadelphia, PA office. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of relevant experience in trusts and estate planning, administration, and taxation. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team in the Taxation and Wealth Planning Department.

Duties

  • Conduct research and analysis related to estate planning and taxation.
  • Draft documents for the implementation of estate plans.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, including Federal estate tax returns.
  • Plan for family-owned businesses and life insurance structures.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
  • Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Experience with high net-worth individuals and sophisticated estates.

  • Juris Doctorate (JD)

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
