Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Attorney for its Real Estate Finance Group in Philadelphia, PA. The candidate should possess extensive experience in drafting and negotiating mortgage loan documents for various financings, conducting due diligence, and managing closings. Familiarity with mezzanine lending and intercreditor agreements is preferred. Candidates with Bar admissions in PA, NJ, NY, and/or CT are welcome.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate mortgage loan documents for acquisition, bridge, and construction financings.
• Conduct related due diligence and oversee closings.
• Collaborate on mezzanine lending and intercreditor agreements.

Requirements

• 7-12 years of relevant experience.
• State Bar Admission required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in PA, NJ, NY, and/or CT preferred.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in conducting due diligence.
• Ability to manage complex transactions.
