The role involves U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution, clearance, enforcement, TTAB litigation, and online brand enforcement across various industries.

Duties

• Conduct trademark and copyright prosecution and clearance.
• Engage in enforcement and TTAB litigation.
• Manage online brand enforcement, including UDRP proceedings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and flexible.
• Experience at a regional or national law firm preferred.
• Admission to the Georgia Bar or the Illinois Bar preferred.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Georgia or Illinois preferred.
