Job Overview

A leading law firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Immigration Attorney to join its Immigration practice group. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, employment-based immigration matters, with client-facing responsibilities and leadership of internal case teams. Duties

• Handle a broad range of employment-based immigration matters including:

  • H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, E visas, O-1s, L-1s, and TNs

• Manage client relationships and act as primary liaison for immigration cases

• Assign and track case progress across internal legal teams

• Conduct regular client status calls and provide strategic immigration advice

• Support partners with client development and workflow management

• Supervise junior associates, paralegals, and administrative staff

• Ensure compliance and timely case filings

• Draft and review legal documents with a high degree of accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in employment-based immigration law

• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume immigration caseloads

• Proven leadership in supervising legal teams and support staff

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively

• Excellent communication and client service capabilities

• High attention to detail and professional discretion

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of business immigration processes and regulations

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Proficiency in immigration case management systems

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines under pressure
