Associate Attorney (Entry Level)

Duties:

  • Provide consultations for potential new clients (1-2 hours per day).

  • Assist in preparing legal documents and representing clients in court.
  • Participate in firm-generated work and various legal research tasks.
  • Support client meetings and depositions when required.
  • Develop legal expertise through mentorship and hands-on experience.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment and learning new technologies.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to take initiative and work under the guidance of senior attorneys.

Education:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Texas State Bar membership (or eligibility to join).
