Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience, ideally in civil litigation, personal injury, or related fields
  • Active license to practice law in South Carolina
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Capacity to prioritize and manage a variety of cases efficiently
  • Proficient in legal research and writing

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice in South Carolina

Skills:

  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle a high caseload with competing priorities
  • Familiarity with legal software such as Westlaw, iManage, and Juris Suite is advantageous
