Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver.
  • 4-6 years of experience practicing law with a focus on litigation.
  • Proven track record of representing clients in complex commercial disputes.
  • Strong understanding of civil procedure and evidence rules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
