Duties

  • Manage and litigate intellectual property cases, including patent and trade secrets disputes.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including inter partes review petitions.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to develop case strategies.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case development.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
  • A degree in an Engineering discipline, Physics or Computer Science is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience with patent and trade secrets disputes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to practice before the USPTO preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
