Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney based in New York City, NY. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of complex litigation experience, with a strong background in antitrust and/or intellectual property. This role requires managing complex litigation dockets with support from team members.

Duties

  • Manage all aspects of complex litigation dockets.
  • Collaborate with team members on case strategies.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
  • Participate in client meetings and court proceedings.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of complex litigation experience.
  • Experience in antitrust or intellectual property required.
  • Strong legal writing skills.
  • Active license in good standing in at least one state.
  • Licensure in the State of New York highly preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited school of law.

Certifications

  • Active law license in good standing.

  • Strong legal writing and research skills.
  • Ability to manage complex litigation dockets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
