A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney based in New York City, NY. Duties

• Manage all aspects of complex litigation dockets.
• Collaborate with team members on case strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Participate in client meetings and court proceedings.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of complex litigation experience.
• Experience in antitrust or intellectual property required.
• Strong legal writing skills.
• Active license in good standing in at least one state.
• Licensure in the State of New York highly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited school of law.

Certifications

• Active law license in good standing.
