Eminent Domain Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in San Diego, CA, seeks an experienced Eminent Domain Attorney to join their team. Duties:

• Represent clients in eminent domain cases, including negotiations, settlements, and litigation.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to eminent domain laws and regulations.

• Develop and execute strategies for building cases for trial, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and conducting depositions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff on case management and strategy.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar of California in good standing.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience practicing law, focusing on eminent domain or real estate/real property law preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated success in legal practice.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
