A prominent family law firm is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney to join its Seattle-based team. This is a hybrid position allowing remote work, provided the candidate resides in Washington State for court appearances and in-person client meetings. Duties

• Manage a wide range of family law cases including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal maintenance

• Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing communication throughout case proceedings

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, declarations, and settlement agreements

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and depositions

• Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategy and achieve client objectives

• Meet deadlines and manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 0–3 years of family law experience preferred

• Litigation experience with a strong interest in transitioning to family law considered

• Strong case management and client communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a team-focused environment

• Must reside in Washington State

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active admission to the Washington State Bar
